You're not alone. We're here to help.

UF Counseling

The University of Florida Student Health Care Center (SHCC) and the Counseling and Wellness Center (CWC) offers several options for traditional, couples, and group therapy to help students cope with all aspects of graduate life. These visits are covered under Gator Grad Care, and are available to all UF GPBMS students at any point in their academic career.

Wellness at the College of Medicine

Find information about wellness initiatives for students, house staff and faculty!

Create a Wellness Prescription to set realistic goals for yourself. There are also programs, services, and resources in the Resource Hub.

UF Employee Assistance Program

The UF Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers a form of counseling services specifically for UF Employees, which includes all GPBMS students with a GA appointment. You will get a faster response than seeking help from the CWC, especially in semesters were undergrads are in.

Gator Grad Care

Not feeling like yourself? You can use a service called Talkspace to send text, video and audio messages or schedule live video sessions with a dedicated therapist via phone, tablet or computer.
